Job Description
Advise stakeholders on ways to improve operational effectiveness in our workflows and better leverage Agile capabilities.
Lead scrum meetings, materials to facilitate the successful accomplishment of project deliverables on time and within budget
Develop detailed project plans to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Report project progress to executives and stakeholders, help prioritize projects, and ensure all projects support the overall business objectives of the organization.
Identify and address potential risks that may affect the achievement of the project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline
Core Consulting Skills :
Must have 10+ years of experience working with with VP & C-level executives in the past and navigating complex organizations.
Must be adept with building PPT executive presentations, and delivering presentations across all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical and quantitative analysis skills.
Exceptional communication skills with ability to communicate vision, strategy, and key objectives.
Proven experience becoming the trusted advisor for the customer by providing thought leadership to solve complex business problems.
Exceptional business writing capabilities.
Job Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master preferred
BS in engineering discipline or related field desired.
Healthcare sector experience in agile highly desired.
Must have strong experience in Agile Product Lifecycle Management software.
Extensive experience managing projects using Agile, or similar, techniques
Strong knowledge of Agile PLM 9.3 implementation.
IT consulting experience. Consulting experience at a traditional IT consulting firm (ie: Deloitte, Accenture, etc.) or boutique consulting firm high preferred.
Strong communication skills to serve both business and technical audience.
