A Little More About the Job
Our Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for calling out and establishing relationships with retail merchants throughout the US. From our awesome corporate office out of Sandy, our sales representatives enroll, onboard, and provide support for both new and existing retailers. Our point of sale financing product costs retailers nothing to use, and there is no contracts or red tape. They love Acima because we simply help them grow their business by simply helping their customers buy the things that they other things, you will?
Come to work ready to perform outbound calls to enroll and establish relationships with business owners.
Build a sales and account management pipeline
Onboard and train merchants to offer our ?no credit needed? lease purchase option to their customers.
Continue working with your merchants to help them successfully adopt the program and increase their leases volume.
Make Salesforce your best friend to update account information, run report s, and other daily tasks.

Job Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience (inside sales experience a plus)
Ability to operate a sales and account management pipeline using a CRM (we utilize Salesforce)
Excellent people and relationship building skills. (If you can build relationships we want you!)
Positive, ambitious, with an ability and desire to learn new skills
Possess exceptional organizational skills with capability to complete tasks on time
Be a team player and desire to help others succeed
