Offset Solar is a company with the goal of making a lasting impact on climate change. We do so by installing solar systems across the country. Solar power combats greenhouse gas emissions and reduces fossil fuel dependency. Thus, reducing the carbon footprint at an individual and, subsequently, national level.
We are seeking a driven, confident and energetic sales representative to join our team! You will be generating commission-based sales and developing networks of environmentally conscious individuals.
Responsibilities:
-Prospect and contact potential customers in the greater Columbia area
-Set and host appointments with customers via direct sales
-Present and sell company products to new customers
-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
-Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in direct sales, specifically in the solar field , technology industry, or other related fields
-Familiarity with CRM platforms
-Ability to build rapport with clients
-Strong negotiation skills
-Strong interpersonal communication skills
-Deadline and detail-oriented
