Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Tampa, Florida - We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for:
Answering phones for the Service department in a courteous and timely manner
Fielding calls from warranty service field employees
Entering information into maintained database for the department
Identifying and resolving problems/complaints by customers and employees regarding repairs
Researching status of outstanding jobs when inquired upon
Create service tickets for service technicians

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) * Experience in Microsoft products, extremely proficient in Excel * Work well in a fast-paced environment, need sense of urgency to know when immediate action is needed
Working knowledge of Sharepoint, Qorus, and/or CRM is helpful
Dispatch experience preferred
