The Yates Product Specialist has the opportunity to interact with hundreds of customers to lead them to a vehicle purchase. The sales experience begins either with an internet prospect, phone call or customer who walks into the store. How are we different? Our sales process is engineered to reduce friction while still allowing our staff to control their own financial destiny.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Responding to prospects, answering questions, providing information and setting appointments for a store visit/test drive.
Transitioning customers effectively from phone, internet and service to an in-store purchase.
Providing a great vehicle education/delivery experience for the customer to drive loyalty.
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gain referrals business.
What are the requirements for this job?
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience preferred but not required
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Organization and follow-up skills
Experience and desire to work with technology
