Musculoskeletal Ultrasonographer Job Opening in Silver Spring, Maryland - Progressive eighteen physician rheumatology practice with five locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area, is looking for a Full-Time MSK Ultrasonographer to join our dedicated healthcare team.
Minimum requirements:
Completion of course in Musculoskeletal Sonography approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and have a current certification.
Minimum of 2-year experience, but will take a recent graduate.
Essential Duties:
The MSK Ultrasonographer is responsible for performing all Musculoskeletal ultrasound procedures.
Will work closely with the physicians presenting images and data for interpretation and assisting with other procedures.
Must show independent judgment when performing procedures and when addressing difficult or unusual situations.
Responsible for evaluating images for technical quality.
Utilizes PACS (picture archiving and communications system) with accuracy.
Accepts additional assignments and tasks as needed for the department.
