Senior Accountant Job Opening in Saint Paul, Minnesota - We are a privately owned investment company located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We deal mostly in commercial real estate with interests in office space, restaurants, retail space, and residential leasing.
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to add to our accounting team. It would be helpful to have prior accounting experience with real estate, property management, and/or restaurants. Must have 3 year previous accounting experience. Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience.
Must have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Must have experience in a supervisor role.
Excellent QuickBooks and Excel Skills.
Must be very accurate.
Must possess a good work ethic.
Ability to Analyze Data
Ability to Work Independently and Review Other?s Work

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing accounts payable for multiple properties.
Billing multiple tenants at multiple properties.
Monthly sales tax reporting
Reconciliation of loans and credit cards using Microsoft Excel.
Various spreadsheet and research projects as needed.
We are a smaller company and do not offer an employee benefits package. The pay has been set accordingly to $45,000 - $60,000 DOE. Parking in ramp is provided.
