Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Franklin, Tennessee - Job has potential to turn into a full-time position
Duties to include but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Posting cash receipts
Job cost reporting
Bank/Credit card reconciliations
Payroll submission
Some Human Resource responsibilities
Collecting & entering timesheets/Expense reports
Inter-company billing
Sales Taxes
Tax preparation (1099?s, inventory, minor journal entries, etc.)
Filing & organizing
Send/Receive mail
Bank deposits
Office supply orders
Assist owners as needed
Desired qualifications (Negotiable):
Degree in accounting or finance
Experience with Quickbooks
Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
Experience in retail/design
skills (filing, faxing, scanning, etc.)
Interpersonal skills (Communication with coworkers, customers, and vendors)
Experience in a small business setting
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour
