OFFICE MANAGER/FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER Job Opening in Knoxville, Tennessee - If you are interested in working for a great stable company and are comfortable in a fast paced environment, we have the perfect position for you. In this role you will be responsible for the daily recordkeeping for the company along with additional varied administrative responsibilities as determined by the owner.

JOB DISCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Process weekly accounts payable
Reconcile multiple bank accounts and credit card statements
Work with external CPA for month, quarter and year end.
QuickBooks Pro and Karmak Legend software.
Some payroll duties
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management to review
Assist with other tasks as required by management
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years accounting experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks pro is a must; also Karmak Legend software is used.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to maintain accountability and to work independently while functioning as part of a coordinated team
Must be trustworthy and confidential
Self-motivated, focused, positive attitude and proactive
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $42,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
