Job Description:
Looking for an energetic go-getter to assist our sales team with administrative tasks. Must be interested in a career in Sales, Marketing or Business relationships. Must have a fun and hard working personality and get along with other personalities. You will become an expert in company sales processes to help anticipate the sales team?s needs. Will also learn in detail product offerings and assist with new product launches. Will assist in creation of marketing materials. Will act as a liaison between the product development and sales departments.
This would be a perfect position for someone who wants to learn about sales. A student is fine as we can be flexible on hours.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support to territory sales directors, sales managers as well as VP?s of department
Creation and coordination of sales meeting presentations and trade show materials including research and preparation of materials
Provide sales and product support to customers and other departments
Work with product development team to create product launch specification sheets and marketing materials
Assist with travel arrangements as well as maintain and communicate itineraries to others
Assist with tracking of expenses and expense reports
Data entry (previous database management experience helpful)
Required Qualifications:
College experience in Marketing, PR or Business Administration
Experience in retail management or wholesale business helpful
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Able to juggle multiple assignments with ease and move from one to the other based on need
Proficient in MS Office suite, PowerPoint and Photoshop
High energy with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take proper initiative and follow-though with projects
Salary DOE, benefits available after 60 days of employment.
This position is part to full time with flexible hours between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
