Sales Engineer, Process Instrumentation and SCADA Solutions Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - LaTech Equipment, a Manufacturer?s Representative in the Process Instrumentation and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) markets has an opening for an outside sales engineer covering the northern Rocky Mountain area. Successful applicants must be familiar with field process instrumentation including analytical instrumentation, pressure, level and flow transmitters both for liquids and gases. The applicants must be able to sell and support these instruments in the following industries: oil and gas, water and wastewater, mining, food and dairy, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical. We are looking for an assertive, driven sales candidate who is committed to assisting customers and enthusiastic in learning about processes and applying our solutions to those applications. Sales experience with a technical degree, or equivalent experience in selling process instrumentation and SCADA/PLC systems is necessary for this position. Twenty-five to thirty percent or greater travel is required. The Process Instrumentation industry is constantly changing and applicants must be willing to learn new products and new technology on a regular basis. LaTech Equipment is a small close-knit company that will pay the right amount for the right candidate. This is a fulltime position consisting of a base salary plus commission. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening. LaTech provides full vacation, 401K, profit sharing and health insurance.
