High School Assistant Principal Job Opening in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - The Dauphin County Technical School invites applications for an immediate Assistant Principal opening. Applicant must have PA principal certification. The ideal candidate will possess: effective communication and teamwork skills, experience with and strong knowledge of the Pennsylvania Core Standards, knowledge of child accounting, successful history of participation in a positive school culture, knowledge of special education regulations and practices, and a commitment to a collaborative professional environment. Working knowledge of PowerSchool is a plus. As Assistant Principal, responsibilities will include: staff supervision, student discipline, multi-measure evaluations, building positive relationships between school and families, and student scheduling. Responsibilities also include leadership of the alternative education program. Dauphin County Technical School is a comprehensive career and technical high school.
