North County Miracle Ear is looking for a driven, motivated, and confident sales trainee for our Hearing Instrument Specialist program. We are looking for a professional who wants to develop enriching relationships with our customers and someone who wants to build a business while making a positive impact on the world. A passion for customer service, quality care, and sales will take you far in this position.
What is a Hearing Instrument Specialist?
A licensed professional who works with hearing aids and evaluates individuals with hearing problems and chooses the best hearing aid to improve their condition.
Our specialists are respected professionals who undergo extensive training to become experts in their field.
We work with state of the art technology, which is becoming increasingly more important as technology in the hearing care industry has changed dramatically over the last decade and will only continue to become more advanced in the future.

Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience with a proven and successful track record.
Previous experience in the hearing healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
Adaptive and quick learner - experience and knowledge in the IT field is a plus!
Strong work ethic and values.
Team player.
We provide all of your training which will give you the means for an unlimited commission-based earning potential.
Must reside in San Diego County.
