Site Manager- Healthcare Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - GENERAL GOAL: Supervises office activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity.
JOB RELATED FUNCTIONS:
Demonstrates competency in the performance of job related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
Develops procedures for office activities, such as filling, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing and mail distribution.
May also be responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
Hire and train office staff.
Conducts performance evaluations for staff members.
Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations regarding employment, affirmative action, safety, drugs and medical waste disposal.
Ensure that patient records are accurate and complete, and that patient confidentiality is strictly maintained.
Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize work load.
Maintains employee time cards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Typically requires 5 years of customer service, office experience and 3 years of management experience.
