Agent Services Coordinator Job Opening in Altoona, Iowa - CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual in the role of Agent Services Coordinator to join our growing team in Altoona. The mission of the position is to support the company?s overall objective by providing excellent front stage administrative support to our agents in your office, resulting in highly satisfied agents with increased loyalty and a world class team culture.
Strategic Work:
Act as director of first impressions for your office
Act as the first point of contact and connection to the company for our agent-clients in your office
Serve our agent-clients by providing front stage administrative support for input to company workflows for real estate transactions
Support the company?s efforts to foster a cooperative team environment for our agent-clients and help build and grow a value-added culture that allows our agents to thrive both personally and professionally

Tactical Work:
Administer all aspects of initial processing of a listing including reviewing paperwork for accuracy, entering data into company systems, and assisting with changes that take place during the listing period
Administer all aspects of initial processing of a pending transaction, properly reviewing the file for accuracy, and preparing it to be sent to the Closing Department
Oversee daily office operations within the Altoona office, including supply ordering, cleaning, and front desk reception duties
Help the ASC Department by covering workload for other ASCs when they are out of the office
Handle commission, admin fee, closing fee, and trust account check processing and depositing
Attend monthly ASC team meetings
Assist with Weekly Team Meeting preparations
Work alongside closing team and accounting department to develop and document standardized processes and workflows that are sustainable and duplicable.
The right candidate must possess strong computer, communication, and customer service skills. He/She must have the ability to multi-task. Experience with Google Business Apps, Microsoft Office products, check handling, and general computer knowledge is strongly preferred.
