Position Description:
Responsible for managing and leading a group of Relocation Managers.
Responsible for coaching and developing their respective teams.
Will need to anticipate and solve problems, and follow through in a timely manner.
Manage company leads, and prospect and close new customer accounts.
Develop, plan, and successfully execute corporate and territory strategies to grow sales in accordance with company procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
1+ years of sales manager experience
Lead a team of 4-6
Outgoing Personality
Account management skills
Strong sales skills
Time management skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Pass background check
Reliable Transportation
