This position involves working extensively with the accounting staff and other departments to ensure proper and accurate models, forecasts, customer satisfaction, and staff and vendor performance.
Job Description for the Financial Analyst:
Prepare financial forecasts and models, cash flows, and analysis of company programs
Maximize cash flow and investments by working with investment advisor and staff
Coordinate product costing and pricing
Track various performance measures and critical indices
Assist management in making substantive program decisions
Perform periodic internal reviews of the programs
Education and work experience requirements for the Financial Analyst:
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Minimum of five (5) years related work experience
Extensive experience in accounting, financial forecasting and analysis
Extensive knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Background Skills for the Financial Analyst:
Experience with Microsoft Office software
Effectiveness in interpersonal relations, including both oral and written communication
Strong organizational skills to handle project management
Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently
Ability to maintain confidentiality
