Position Profile
Provides overall direction of Resource Program staffing operations to ensure the effective management of personnel resources to meet needs. Supervises employees and participates in selection, orientation and evaluation. Contributes to the evaluation of quality care through the identification and resolution of issues to assure outstanding customer service, a well-motivated, compassionate and competent staff, a reputation of excellence and prudent use of agency resources.
Responsibilities
Promotes quality staffing operations that meet patient/family/HOV needs.
Ensures quality service delivery.
Develops and maintains cooperative and collaborative relationships.
Maximizes staff resources while meeting patient/family needs.
Maintains and enhances professional skills.
Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Provides inspiring leadership.
Hires, supports and retains high performing staff.
Empowers staff and delegates/shares responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Associates degree required.
Demonstrated experience in successfully leading a team and achieving proven results.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare administration or related field strongly preferred.
Minimum two years previous leadership experience preferred. Previous experience supervising clinical staff preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years staff experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
Familiarity with basic medical terminology preferred.
