SaaS Sales Director - Hands on Leader Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - We seek an experienced, energetic and driven sales professional with a strong technical aptitude. As the first formal member of the Sales Team, the ideal candidate must possess both the ability to establish, document and execute on the company?s overall sales strategy and also be prepared to lead additional members of the Team as the company grows. In this role, one must grow existing accounts as well as identify, qualify, and close new opportunities. There will also be a need to equip and coach a variety of other members of the Customer Service and Implementation Teams who have the ability to meaningfully impact sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter who desires to work in a start-up atmosphere, but has experience in and an appreciation for the stability of an established company.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in successfully carrying a sales quota
5+ years of managing a Team of sales representatives
Experience managing sales cycles from business champion to decision maker
Experience building sales tools and equipping others for success
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Prior SaaS sales and healthcare industry experience, including direct hospital sales
In addition to the above, we seek someone who can establish from the ground up our company?s sales structure and culture, and work closely with Marketing efforts to present to the marketplace a unified message and value proposition.
