Summary:
The Clinical Account Manager is responsible for the routine functions of clinical account management, primarily focused on liaising between a customer facility employment, company technology, and the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interfacing with a prospective Customer account prior to final sale(s).
Following completion of the sales by Sales, primarily responsible for management of Customer account.
Responsible for coordinating all Company interaction with Customer post-sale.
Responsible for training office, OR, and central supply staff at account.
Serve as primary liaison between Customer and Company.
Function as Account Advocate.
Promote and support sale of disposables to the Account therefore encouraging utilization.
Maintain database with all relevant customer information.
Assist with coordinating device deliveries and installations.
Facilitate ongoing training for company?s products through meetings, presentations, in-services, etc.
Educate customers on best practice guidelines as it relates to procedure.
Educate customers on all aspects of company?s products from scientific rationale to manufacturing design.
Assist customers in resolving any concerns with the technology.
Provide feedback from all experiences with the customer to drive product improvement.
Actively participate in meetings with relevant organizations on behalf of the company (AUA, regional urology society meetings, etc.) by meeting both potential and active customers and giving feedback to the organization about landmark sessions.
Exceptional ability to provide patient education on urological and prostate- specific medical issues.
All other duties, as assigned.

Bachelors? degree, required. Concentration in Nursing, preferred.
5 years of medical device or nursing experience, required.
Previous ultrasound experience, strongly preferred.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, required.
Ability to professionally manage confidential information.
Ability to excel under pressure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and motivational skills. Enthusiastically persists until corporate objectives are achieved. Possess a sense of high energy and sense of urgency to react to situations quickly and decisively.
Excellent project management skills.
Experience in training healthcare professionals and providers.
