Successful candidate will have an accounting degree with a 3.5 or greater, CPA or a desire to become certified, and meaningful work experience.

Proficient in Excel
Quick learner and strong problem solving skills
Positive attitude
Willingness to increase hours during tax season (Jan-April)
Professional communication skills
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
1-3 Years of experience in preparing tax returns, preferred.
