Awning Installation Specialist Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - We are Portland's premier awning provider since 1954, and we are growing. We are currently looking for an Installation Specialist. This is a full-time position that will start immediately. Benefits include healthcare, paid vacation, 401k, and paid sick leave.

Work with our installation team and successfully install awnings, industrial curtains, enclosures and flagpoles that "Wow" our customers.
Effectively troubleshoot problems or issues that come up during the installation process.
Perform work in a safe manner.
Focus on producing quality work for the customer.
Manage time effectively to ensure installation deadlines are met.
Keep tools, equipment and vehicles well organized.
Competencies:
Experienced using hand tools (tape measure, level, hammer drill, etc.)
Able to lift heavy objects (while on ladders).
Comfortable working on ladders and with heights.
Be a team player with a positive attitude.
Be proactive and not wait to be told what to do next.
Quick learner.

Qualifications
Clean driving record.
Minimum 1 year of construction or related experience
Fluent English speaker.
