Inside Sales Job Opening in Des Moines, Iowa - This role is a part of a growth track to move to outside sales role within 12-24 months so great opportunity to advance in this organization. Position is salaried and will also include an additional commission.
This role will join our sales team for lead generation work with an established target list of companies. We are a leading reseller of the Solidwerks CAD/CAM program. You will be contacting them to determine opportunities and to turn over to the outside sales team. Must be able to maintain 100 calls per week along with research prior to making outbound calls.

Qualifications & Requirements:
*Previous sales experience and/or background in technology
*Experience working with manufacturing organization a big plus
*Must possess strong computer skills and Microsoft programs (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
*Comfortable navigating the internet and a homegrown CRM
*Highly motivated, intelligent, positive attitude, results oriented, persuasive, assertive
*Able to work 8-5 Monday through Friday
*Must be energetic, outgoing, tenacious and goal oriented
*Proven customer service and strong phone skillsExcellent oral/written communication skills
*4 year college degree
