Required Skills, Experience, and Attributes: MUST LIVE WITHIN 5-8 MILES OF WEST LOS ANGELES Must be mature, organized, efficient, and able to multi-task with priority rush projects. Intelligent thinker with a positive attitude, good energy, and a flexible mind set. Possess excellent grammar and spelling, fast and accurate typing, a good command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; must be able to transcribe dictation from voicemail. Office management and human resources duties also required, including management of staff, processing payroll, benefits management, ability to prioritize responsibilities in various departments, coordinate tasks with buyer and showing agents, and provide excellent customer service to clients. Extra consideration will be given to applicants who can search, create reports, and input listings on the MLS, and who can create listing agreements and all documents in residential real estate transactions on "Winforms.� Please have a minimum of three years' experience either as office manager, property manager, or executive/legal assistant.
