IntraLogic Solutions is a fast-growing security systems company located in Massapequa, New York looking to hire a Sales Representative. We are a Security/Technology company based out of Long Island but have a national fleet of installers and support engineers. Since our opening in 2004 our primary market has been School Districts, Townships, Hospitals, Financial institutions, and Government facilities across the US. Currently we work with over one hundred school districts
Job Description:
The purpose of the position is to develop internal software, processes, tools, reports and applications that will support the company and its clients. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in researching, developing and implementing innovative solutions and complex programs.
Current Projects:
The potential employee will also be working to create custom video surveillance VMS applications which are tasked with monitoring thousands of cameras globally. Part of this development will incorporate the use of "open socket" technology, active x, video analytics, and SDK's API's. The potential employee will also be working on high level security projects for several local and federal government security agencies. These applications are used and will be used by thousands of operators globally.
Responsibilities:
Understanding business requirements.
Creating well architected and structured solutions utilizing the programming languages and methods listed above and below.
Communicating with customers during BETA testing and live program use
Working as collaborative member of the engineering team
Train staff and end users on designed applications
Be able to commute to our Massapequa office daily
Be able to work weekdays 9-5, with some after hours on occasion.
Requirements:
3+ years programming experience building web based/desktop enterprise software products leveraging C#, VB , MYSQL, Streaming Video/Audio ,TCP/IP and standard data formats (JSON, XML CSV)
Ability to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast paced and ever changing environment
Experience developing large-scale, high-availability applications and systems
Experience integrating with third party api,sdk
