Job Summary :
Do you seek personal satisfaction, advancement opportunities, work/life balance and unlimited earning potential? Modern Kitchen & Bath Designs, Inc. (MKBD) is recruiting driven and outgoing sales professionals "HUNTERS" to meet the needs of our rapidly growing New York area market.
You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities for MKBD by developing relationships with real estate owners, developers, landlords and property managers while performing the functions outlined below:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Once trained; understand all aspects of the kitchen cabinetry industry including products, new innovations, in house design processes, client management and competition.
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting new business, sales, and other matters related to new revenue generation through the residential real estate marketplace.
Maintain relationships with owners, landlords, developers and property managers.
Prepare sales presentations for one-on-one meetings and conferences.
Monitor all activities from introduction to completed sale and instillation.
Work closely with senior management team and marketing department to maximize effectiveness of presentations and meetings.
Provide client support and education as needed
Knowledge and Skills :
Track record of successful sales results, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to change
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
Possess passion for kitchen cabinetry and real estate industries
Exhibit highly effective and persuasive sales ability
Establish relationships with real estate industry professionals
Exhibit ability to work independently without supervision
Be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Have strong multi-tasking skills
Have great interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
College degree; minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably in the kitchen/bath industry, real estate, construction or related field.
