We are in search of 2 Sale reps that have some experience in the following.
1- Business to business experience over 3 years.
2- Selling experience any type of buying & selling.
3- Business furniture or business equipment experience.
4- Telemarketing B to B
5- Contacts with any of the following:
Purchasing agents, Facilities managers, Property managers,
Commercial Movers, Commercial Architects
6- Basic Computer Skills in - Word - Excel - Outlook - Publisher
Responsibilities:
Daily E-Mail marketing
Daily Internet classifieds posting
Daily Telemarketing
Daily Online Selling Sites
Daily Telemarketing
Weekly Networking
Ability to close leads and grow both new and existing relationships.
Meeting with prospective and existing clients .
Ability to present solutions created to clients in a clear and comprehensive manner.
Enthusiasm, drive to succeed, and willingness to learn are all a must.
Skills & Expertise:
Minimum 3 years of B to B experience with corporate office clients
Possesses strong relationship building qualities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, exciting environment
Must have desire, commitment, and the ability overcome obstacles to succeed
Compensation:
Base salary ( 26k ) + Commission based compensation ( 5% of total Sale )
First year potential = 40K to 60K
Second year potential = 50K to 75K
