Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant Job Opening in Carlsbad, California - Crownview Medical Group, Inc. is seeking Assistant for our Carlsbad location. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, hard working front office staff member for a full time position. Experience: answer multiple phone lines, insurance , typing min. 35 wpm, able to operate: fax, copier (basic office equipment), multiple phone lines, Knowledge of: prescription call in refill process, patient scheduling/recall processes and filing. The ability to take vitals and administer injections.
Ability: work well under pressure, multitask, meet deadlines. Dynamic, fast paced, friendly work environment. Must have Knowledge of Insurances verification. HIPPA compliant and able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times. Education: High School/Equivalent, College preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of 2 year Healthcare experience required, Must be team player with great customer service skills.
Candidate will train in our Coronado location.
Full time position available from 8:30-6:00pm M- F.
