Accountant Job Opening in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Full-time accounting position with a financial services company with 75 years of excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist in month and year end closing, intercompany accounting, asset accounting, bank reconciliations, subsidiary ledger reconciliations as well as preparation of journal entries.
Accounts payable invoice entry and payment.
Perform daily posting of payments and closings.
Assist Controller in periodic and annual audits.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to create internal milestones.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred.
Previous office experience with high transaction volume business.
Basic knowledge working with Microsoft Office and Outlook and Internet. Excel experience a must.
Superior attention to detail.
Excellent organization skills.
