Car Sales Associate Job Opening in Wichita, Kansas - Seeking the right person to handle customer Car Sales. Must be coachable in learning the the high standard of excellence required in vehicle sales ensure that the process of purchasing a vehicle is reciprocated with excellent customer service.
Internet Sales will be responsible for handling all methods of customer inquiries (i.e. website, email, text message and phones calls.)
Our customers require expert instruction about how to get the most out of their new vehicle, so the candidates should be enthusiastic about the vehicles we sell and the technologies we offer.
A successful candidate will have a passion for working within the automotive industry, excellent communication skills and attitude willing to go above and beyond for our customers.

Responsibilities:
Taking the time to ensure that the customer understands all of the operational features of the vehicle.
Answer any questions they have, and establish details of the post-delivery process, including paperwork and service scheduling etc.
Maintain an excellent understanding of current models and their features.
Attending the latest manufacturer specialist training workshops to keep an up-to-date knowledge base.
Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
Reviews actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
Logging each call, text message, phone calls throughout the day.
Qualifications
