Patient Services Representative Job Opening in Colorado Springs, Colorado - Our growing office in Colorado Springs has a full-time Patient Services Representative position available.
Duties include, but are not limited to: * Answer multi-line telephone system promptly and in a polite and professional manner. * Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into EHR system * Schedule/reschedule appointment correctly * Inform caller of items to bring to appointment * Remind caller to arrive early for appointment to complete paperwork. * Answer questions and offer information to provide exemplary patient-focused service. * Direct calls to other departments, as needed. Qualifications, required: * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information * Ability to communicate effectively * Ability to handle a "call center" environment: work quickly and multi-task * Ability to exercise good judgement by handling calls appropriately * Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service * Working knowledge of medical terminology helpful * One year or more experience in call center/customer service and/or healthcare reception
