Front Office Manager
Full-time position available immediately for the right candidate. Our practice is expanding and we are looking to add a leader to our team. We are looking for an incredible communicator with great social skills, a strong desire to help people obtain better health, some background in office administration.
The right candidate for this position needs to be able to learn quickly, have great organization skills, be able to multitask and have a strong desire to take on more responsibilities and advancements.
We will train the right candidate in all areas of the practice. Position will include complete training and apprenticeship to our programs, as well as benefits from working in a wellness office.
Typical hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:45-7:00, Tuesday 1:00-7:00. The clinic is currently closed Friday-Sunday. Some office work gets done on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
