JOB SUMMARY FOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST :
Epitec is looking for a driven individual to fulfill the role of a Financial AR Specialist. This role is for our internal finance team.
This resource would be responsible for processing billing & invoicing accurately and efficiently.
The billing must reconcile to hours and expenses that were paid.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST :
Process Accounts Receivable billing and send out invoices.
Tie out billable hours.
Confirm expenses are approved and reimbursed timely.
Manage Accounts Receivable Aging Report.
Responsible for collecting on aged accounts receivables.
Reconcile cash on a daily basis, sorting out any discrepancies.
Apply cash payments to Receivable invoice.
Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
Other duties as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST :
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
0-2 years of experience
Professional appearance and manner
Punctual
Interpersonal skills - maintains confidentiality and remains open to others ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
Written communications skills - edits work for spelling and grammar presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information
Good planning and organizational skills
Working knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
