Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 8 hours, Wednesday 4 hours
Job Summary:
Shriners Hospitals for Children-Portland is seeking for a part time Rehabilitation Scheduler. This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and inquiries, greeting patients, and scheduling clients for rehabilitation services. Dependability and flexibility are necessary in this busy office.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year medical office experience with scheduling responsibilities, experience with a physical therapy or rehab office is preferred
Must be able to organize time well and coordinate complex patient needs
Ability to multi task, use good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate flexibility is necessary in this busy office
Must have experience with multiple phone lines, computer proficiency, preferably with exposure to electronic medical records, and
Demonstrates prioritizing and the ability to complete projects independently
Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the AHA is required
Spanish fluency preferred
