If selected, you will participate in a training program from the ground up which will include recruiting, operations and sales skill development within the technical staffing industry.
Job Requirements:
Cold calling, prospecting for new business and servicing additional business within your existing account base.
Manage new and existing business relationships through calls, and setting meeting for the outside teams team..
Develop a list of target accounts based on business analysis and follow a marketing plan for penetrating those prospects.
Complete required reports and submit in a timely manner.
Complete and maintain an up to date analysis of business potential in your assigned territory.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Have a minimum of 1 years related experience in a sales, customer service and etc.
Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills are required.
Demonstrated success selling staffing services.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
