Premier Roofing, one of the largest and most reputable restoration contractors in the U.S., is always searching for
candidates for our Sales Management Training Program . Participants in our program are provided hands-on, paid
training by proven team leaders and will learn the industry from the most basic introduction to sales all the way through
our industry-leading Sales Management School. Qualifying candidates are taught the most important sales techniques
and strategies, and our top performers are provided the opportunity to become team leaders in under 12 months.
What Qualifies Me For This Position?
You MUST have a Bachelor?s degree or equivalent professional experience (Associate?s/Work History/Military)
You MUST have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver?s license
You MUST be able to carry and climb a ladder and be able to walk on a roof
You MUST submit an articulate resume that illustrates a strong and consistent background with reasonable
employment gaps
You MUST possess excellent oral and written communication skills
You MUST be highly organized and able to maintain accurate notes, files, documents, and maintain a very busy
calendar for 6 to 10 months out of the year
You MUST be able to pass a criminal background check if offered a position

First year Field Representatives (Trainees) can expect to make anywhere between $60,000 and $120,000
Second year Field Supervisors average $150,000 per year
UNCAPPED COMMISSION (top Field Supervisors have earned over $300,000 )
