We are seeking an experienced Manager of our Consumer Direct Inside Sales Team ? focused on Mortgage Origination.
You will be an early employee at a Boulder-based FinTech startup that's reinventing the traditional mortgage lending process. We are delivering a modern, fast, automated experience for borrowers.
You will have an equity stake with very interesting upside potential.
As a Producing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building out the Inside Sales function and converting customer leads into loans as a Loan Officer. You?ll be leading growth during an exciting time in the Company?s evolution. This includes building out the team, training new sales associates, and developing our tools, processes and best practices. Amazingly, we clear loans to close in an average of 12 days, and you?ll be able to join a team with industry leading technology poised for significant growth.
The ideal candidate will bring experience as a Manager from a prior Consumer Direct top-tier lender to build a brand presence for Neat Capital as a leader in the industry. You?ll bring passion for achievement, and energy leading teams and scaling the Inside Sales organization. You?ll have the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity and revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages performance of loan originators and sales assistants
Achieves sales performance goals and call center metrics
Originates and maintains personal loan production
Ensures compliance with all mortgage regulations
Close management of sales pipeline and key performance indicators and implementing necessary strategies to achieve sales goals
Builds out tools such as CRM, IVR, auto/predictive dialers and more
Develop best practices for efficient processes and sales techniques
Establishes reporting metrics, develops reports and shares with leadership
Working closely with the marketing manager to ensure proper staffing and preparedness for any new marketing campaigns
Recruits, interviews and hires loan originators and sales assistants
Partners with the Operations and Marketing to resolve customer complaints
Leads training and development of loan officers in all aspects of the origination process
Collaborates with the Operations Department to assist in the flow of production/sales
Stays informed of developing trends in the industry
Highly motivated to grow the Inside Sales function
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years in the retail, consumer-direct, or call center mortgage origination
Has managed an Direct to Consumer Inside Sales team
Must be a licensed loan officer
Familiar with mortgage contact center technologies and best practices for converting internet leads
Experience with CRM systems
You must be able to thrive in a startup environment. The position is in Boulder, CO.
