Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Colorado Springs, Colorado - Our fast growing real estate company is seeking a professional with outstanding people skills and outside sales skills. This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to build rapport and tenacity. We are looking for someone who can build a relationship with potential sellers and work toward buying their property with their best interest in mind.
This position entails:
Managing leads in our company's CRM.
Meeting with distressed sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash.
Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed.
Must be able to follow companies closing sequence.
Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.
Must be motivated to bring in outside business.
Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.
This position is not a cookie-cutter sales job. This is an opportunity to not only make a great living (typically anywhere from $60,000-$80,000) but to provide options for someone who may not be able to sell their home in a more traditional manner.

This person doesn't make excuses; they get results and are proud of it. This candidate can follow instructions and is detail orientated.
We work with real estate agents, other professionals and directly with homeowners to provide us with below market value houses. We close fast, buy "as is", have an amazing reputation and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria. Your job will be to identify and acquire properties for the company from various lead sources by calling them and meeting with them face-to-face. You do NOT need to have a real estate license.

This position is not completely location dependent. However, you will need to report to an office in Colorado Springs, CO multiple times throughout the week. But, will spend a majority of your time meeting with sellers at their home, etc. Locations you are likely to require travel to: Pueblo, Canon City, Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, Castle Rock, Peyton, Calhan, Fountain, Colorado Springs, and surrounding areas across these 5 counties: El Paso, Pueblo, Fremont, Teller, and Douglas counties in Colorado.
