Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Candidate will work on system-level functional testing, writing testing procedures based on specification, and reporting the issues found during testing.
Common tasks will include GMLAN (General Motors LAN), LIN, MOST, and Ethernet bus data capture and analysis eventually, internal bus (I2C, other), data capture and analysis, adjusting calibrations on GMLAN, updating new software whenever received on radios at customer sites.
Understanding and analysis of specifications are a must. Testing internally support of customer testing at different sites is required.
Applicants must have or be pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical or software engineering (or related field) Applicants must be able to read and understand specifications and write test procedures based on these specifications.
Applicants must have hands-on knowledge of electrical debugging tools such as oscilloscope, voltmeters, and basic electrical concepts.
Applicants must be able to communicate well in both writing and verbally and this position will have regular customer contact.
Must have at least one (1) year validation test experience and a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Salary: $30.00 to $40.00 /hour
