Engage Consulting Attorneys are a select group of sophisticated lawyers who work alongside other exceptionally qualified attorneys in support of blue-chip clients. We?re looking for an extremely well qualified attorney to serve as a consulting attorney to our blue chip clients. Candidate should have:
At least 5 years of experience at a top law firm and/or in-house department with a focus on Labor & Employment.
At least 25% of practice dedicated to ERISA/Employee Benefits, including qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, and executive compensation arrangements.
Experience advising and counseling business partners and leaders on employee performance management, terminations, accommodations, investigations and other employment related issues.
Experience providing advice and counsel and handling litigation related to all aspects of employment law, including federal, state and local law compliance in relation to harassment, wage and hour matters, discrimination issues, compensation, recruiting, immigration, restrictive covenants, workers? compensation retaliation, HIPAA, wrongful discharge and other related issues.
Ability to collaborate with professionals across a variety of disciplines within sophisticated corporate environments.
