This position will be responsible for executing multiple management consulting functions for a federal agency client. The person who fulfills this role will be required to work within a team structure, interact with the client and other stakeholders to meet all client objectives. Activities expected to be performed include eliciting requirements, recording customer operations, documenting processes, and developing standard operating procedures. To achieve objectives, this person will support facilitate meetings and work group sessions. In addition, this person would be responsible for presenting findings and recommendations as needed.
Position Requirements:
5+ years of well-rounded experience in business process improvement or human capital management
Experience with MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Power Point is required
Possess experience developing and delivering training webinars
Perform action item tracking, develop customer surveys, newsletters, announcements
Demonstrated experience developing management briefings, capturing action items, and escalating issues
Ability to support and facilitate the day-to-day data and information requirements for the program(s) with proactive detailed analysis by auditing data integrity and consistency and quickly addressing any deviations or discrepancies
Proactively conduct exploratory "deep dive" analysis using MS Access to find opportunities for identifying anomalies and mitigating risks
Experienced at performing data analysis and analytics. Perform analysis of customer survey data, reporting on findings
Prior success in working on a consulting team supporting federal clients is preferred
Ability to efficiently within a team environment
Ability to clearly articulate verbal and written responses to client requests
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the client organization
