Real Estate Financial Analyst Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - Arcadia Global Partners is an Asset Management Company seeking a Real Estate Financial Analyst to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including Asset Management Reports and various other financial reporting needs.
Run sensitivity scenarios in cash flow models and ARGUS for Asset Management to evaluate business strategies.
Work with Accounting department to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Prepare and maintain equity preference schedules for all JV assets. (N/A)
Prepare and/or review loan and equity draws for accuracy.
Prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years of related real estate experience required. CPA is a plus.
Accounting reconciliation knowledge; experience in preparation of financial statements.
Proficient in Excel and Essbase.
Proficient in ARGUS.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
