Business Analyst Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - Under the direction of the Senior Director, obtain data from the U-Haul entities to prepare and analyze budgets, reports and forecasts for use by Management in the decision making process. Utilize Personal Computer (PC) software (Excel, MOST, Word, Hyperion, etc.) to create financial models for use in presentation to Management.
Obtain and analyze data regarding income and expenses.
Interact with various U-Haul entities in obtaining financial data for use in preparing and analyzing various budgets (Capital Budget, repai Budget, Wage and Salary Budget, etc.). Prepare financial reports for approval by Management.
Gather and consolidate figures for use in determining Marketing Company and U-Haul Moving Center Magnitude (MAG) classes.
Communicate regularly with U-Haul departments (Legal, Financial Reporting, Marketing, etc.) field companies, Marketing Company Presidents (MCP), Area District Vice Presidents (ADVP) and Executive Vice Presidents (EVP).
Ensure correct input of statistical and financial information into various available software programs. Organize data for presentation to Management.
Requirements:
Experience required using Word, PC skills, Excel, general accounting and analysis aptitude, with strong communication skills.
Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and work well with individuals on a daily basis.
Education/Training:
Bachelor?s degree in Finance or related preferred.
