Training and mentoring
Advertising, brochures, and literature provided
Be responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
Qualifications:
Must be comfortable dealing face to face with homeowner.
Must have reliable transportation, that can haul ladder
Previous sales experience in the roofing or construction industry
Ability to comfortably walk on a roof
Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
Must have a phone capable of taking pictures/video
Responsibilities & Duties of the Position:
Meeting directly with homeowners
Provide product information
Manage projects with front office
Generating new business
This is a full time position. Compensation will be commission, with unlimited income potential. Company shirts with company logo will be provided. Company has experienced field inspectors, full time estimator, and service technicians.
