HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN/SERVICE MANAGER Job Opening in austin, Texas - HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN/SERVICE MANAGER Immediate openings for qualified applicants. The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for providing timely and quality repairs of customers' products (Heat Pumps, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Gas and Oil Furnaces) while maintaining the highest level of customer service. This is a growth position for the right individual. The right candidate must have a rigid daily routine that includes follow-up, daily contacts, lead generation and paperwork. Company Van and Tools are provided. ? Minimum of five (5) years HVAC service experience that includes install, repair and diagnosing problems and interacting with customers directly. ? Complete knowledge of HVAC systems with strong diagnosis/repair skills. ? Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. ? Produce accurate and detailed service orders and return to office in a timely fashion. ? Maintains a high level of organization. ? Displays good judgment and is willing to make decisions. ? Actively sells new and additional service work. ? Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal communications. ? Must possess valid driver?s license.
