Ambitious Sales Person Needed Job Opening in austin, Texas - Ambitious Sales Person Needed Professional Civil Process (PCP), Texas? largest legal services provider and a company experiencing unparalleled growth, is looking for a Sales Professional with a history of earning $100,000 or more. PCP is looking for someone that has a minimum of 5 years in direct sales, particularly business to business sales. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, polished and a quick learner, as the Civil Service of Process industry is a difficult one to learn. As PCP already has a basic marketing strategy in place, we will provide some leads; however, we will expect you to develop and execute a business plan that exceeds an assigned revenue target. This will be accomplished by continuing contact and maintaining relationships with current clients as well as developing, networking, and following up on new business accounts. The employee must be dedicated and prompt to meeting the client?s needs, as they will be acting similar to an account management role. Ideal candidate will be able to expand on existing relationships, as well as be able to identify new opportunities. Close communication between Regional Managers, Server Supervisors and the Customer Service Department will be necessary to ensure that tasks are completed and followed up on, in accordance to the client?s needs. Finally, PCP is looking for someone to communicate and implement marketing strategies that will aggressively increase revenue.
