Overview:
Present Seafood Inc. is a start-up company in the seafood industry. We focus on the packing, trading and wholesaling of quality seafood products domestically. Besides that, exporting is another major part of our business. We currently export our products mainly to the Asian markets. We are looking for an enthusiastic problem solver who loves the food industry to join our growing team. You will be working cross-functionally with our sourcing, sales and operation colleagues. We value our customers and need your excellent sales skills to promote our high quality seafood to local grocery stores and restaurants. Experience with domestic seafood sales is a must and exporting sales also a plus. We are looking forward for you to join and become part of our growth!

Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business
Maintain good customer relationships with high level of customer services
Handle customer complains in positive manners
Provide support, information and guidance to clients
Identify and analyze trends in the seafood industry
Research and report on changing customer needs and opportunities
Collaborate with sourcing, sales, operation team
Understand and carry out the company brand image
Handle computer based order processing
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum of 1-2 years of food sales experience
Knowledge of live and frozen seafood products including shellfish, crabs fish etc.
Good computer skills
Good listener and quick learner
