Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Hawaii?s premier meetings, conventions and events planning company seeks organized, multi-tasking, detail-oriented individual for our Honolulu Office in our Sales Department.
This position works closely with an integrated team, and involves scheduling and travel arrangements, planning site inspections, general office work, answering phones and other duties as needed. Excellent problem solving, prioritizing, multi-tasking and time management skills are a must. Candidate must be able to work in very high pressure situations and complete work satisfactorily to meet deadlines. Must be customer service oriented with internal and external sources, have excellent written & verbal communication skills, and have Word and Excel experience. 2+ years of experience in the travel/tourism industry and knowledge of the islands preferred.
