Controller Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - A Tulsa based Private Equity Firm is looking for a Division Controller to manage the accounting functions of one portfolio company, with the opportunity to oversee multiple business lines in the future.
The initial duties will include managing the entire accounting process for one company operating in the South Eastern Region of the United States. This role will also interact with other accounting professionals working on process improvement for the portfolio as a whole.

Responsibilities:
Establishing, directing, and maintaining sound financial accounting practices and procedures, internal controls, and management reporting systems.
Cash management, budgeting, and forecasting
Manage all physical inventory across multiple states and warehouses
Manage general & cost accounting functions, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
Manage annual third party audit process
Prepare and present accurate reports and information in a timely manner as requested by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred but not required
Minimum of 7 years? experience in various, progressive accounting roles or public accounting
Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Effective management of the month-end close process
Ability to travel as needed.
High computer literacy (Excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Salary:
Annual compensation - $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience
