Our Application Specialist will be able to train and coach field employees regarding Company ?best practices? and how to most effectively utilize the Company?s Accounting system to best process revenue and expense transactions. This includes both field employees as well as same-store field employees.

Immerse oneself in the Company?s culture by learning a thorough knowledge about the Company?s business and related needs, Company policy & procedures as well as how the Company?s Accounting system operates in relation to field operations.
Assist in reviewing Company policy & procedures and revise accordingly with the Company?s business and operational needs.
Assist with the writing and development of sound processes and training manuals.
Exhibit a high-level of proficiency learning about and working with the Company?s business and related needs, Company policy & procedures and Company Accounting systems.
Communicate (both verbal and written) skills to all Company levels and positions. Must be able to effectively communicate accounting concepts in laymen?s terms and apply these towards best practices.
Exemplifying the application of leadership, professional and Company standards (?Being the Best?) into daily work.
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (preferred) or other discipline.
At least three plus years of experience working in a customer service, training, coaching or consultative role.
Up to 25% travel is required.
Knowledge of basic concepts, internal controls, and internal control environments. Experience with both documenting and testing sound procedures as well as being able to effectively communicate these best practice procedures to any level within the Company.
Proficiency in use of computer applications is required for this position (i.e. Microsoft Office?Excel, Word, Visio; or various Accounting applications).
Any current licenses and/or consulting experience a plus.
Excellent self-starter, time management skills, and superb customer service.
Natural curiosity and lifelong learning characteristics.
A high-quality work product that is consistent, timely, accurate and complete with minimal supervision.
